Over a month a small group came together and explored the Art of sound and shared-listening. Participants came together with local sound artist Lisa Hall and Door to Door volunteers Clare, Ciara and Eabhall to learn about 'cut-up' editing techniques.

With a culture famed for stories, myths and legends, Clare McKenna- a theatre director and actor hosted a 5 week creative writing workshop. With volunteers Bairbre and Fiona, members of the community came together to learn about the art of story telling.

Mind Yourself hosted an evening of readings and story sharing to mark World Book Night. Volunteers handed out books to all the guests with a special Door to Door postcard inside. This allowed people to write their stories down.
